I'd like Maggie to be her own character with her own tasks. In the show we see her acting on her own quite a lot but here she's just held in Marge's arms
That could easily be a task requiring Maggie,no reason why Maggie couldn't be a character .

They could make the nursery she went to a building and have her enemy the mono-brow baby part of tasks for her.
I share my device with my wife and daughter and all three of us play our own Springfield. Someone always has to type in their Origin ID and password when they want to play.
I would like to see the Origin ID remembered and a drop down list to choose the profile of the player and then you only need to type in your password. It gets tedious and annoying every hour to re-type your ID when you want to play.
Also, not sure if this is an EA issue or a Google device issue but I can only play the game with my device oriented one way. If you rotate the Nexus 7 180 degrees, the game is upside down and doesn't rotate. An Apple iPad rotates the game in both horizontal orientations.
LOVE the previous/next town arrow and the locate character icon in the top left.
Hopefully not repeating anyone's idea, but it's kind of a pain when you click on a handshake or gift bag and the player name is in white, in front of a screen that is mostly snow. How about changing the user names to a darker color while the snow is on the ground?
I'm hating spending real money on donuts, buying in-game items with the donuts, then getting said items later for free. The token wheel wasn't introduced until the day after I spent all that money, now I just have more and more snowmen and a lot less donuts. I'm happy to spend the money to support the game, but I feel I'm being taken advantage of here. This is not the first time. Remember the box of fireworks gifted at the end of all the July 4th tasks? I bought one, only to be given another later as a bonus. Free items are great, but please don't also sell them as premium items. I really only wanted the one box anyway, now I'm stuck with placing another one. I would have gladly spent my donuts on something else had I known I was getting a free one later. I know there are other examples. Anybody else feel ripped off?

Maybe not ripped off; after all, it is free, but annoyed, yes. I, too, have way too many snowmen now. Maybe a better free gift idea would be a donut or 2, or a free race at SD, or maybe a coupon for half off any premium item, up to x number of donuts.
On my wish list I have:
An increase to the max number of SP tiles, mainly so you can still build and design, especially once you're maxed out on land.
New $5,000,000+ items
A one time chance to get any and all previously released items
A cancel button instead of a waiting button once a character has been set on a task - to be able to correct mistakes
Pools
Maggie, snowball ii, SLH
Dolphin, Yeti, Raccoon to have tasks
New levels, for corns sake. I just completed the 800k+ "non level" for donuts, so you know how many non levels I've completed to get there. But whenever they do add a level, I'll be immediately maxed out. Can we get more than one at a a time?
I am happy with all the things added, but I wish I could donate things from my inventory to some of my neighbours who doesnt have the cash to buy things
Max Power skin
Lisa that "looks like Blossom"
Grimey or Grimey Jr. for that matter
Lurleen
Laddie
Robotic Itchies and Scratchies
Dr. Foster (we have the mental hospital)

Land, of course.
Weagle I completely agree with these items. There have been times when I task one of my characters to do something grossly time consuming (I.e. Grow corn) and then in the midst of them doing the task the game wants them to do something else. I'd like to see a cancel task option instead of only being able to finish a task by spending precious doughnuts.
And the new level thing is ridiculous, I think more levels need to be added at one time rather a new level once every update, I get maxed out everytime the new update happens.
I also think that the new features for the select a character option in the top left hand corner is awesome. One thing that I think could improved upon is when a character is done a question or a task that their little avatar pops as well instead of only popping up when they are free or have a quest to be done.
Posted this in my own thread, but just for posterity:
1. PROBLEM: Tapping on each building is time-consuming and boring. I can't imagine a human being who finds the act of tapping on a touch-screen hundreds of times inherently entertaining. It's a mechanic that players should be able to surpass, thus giving them more time to what I, at least, believe this game is about: designing and building up your Springfield.
SOLUTION: There are two ways to address this tedium here. One way: For a hefty price, introduce something like the "IRS building" and have a unique action be "collect taxes." Have it cost something like $3,000, so that those in the early stages would find it more beneficial to tap, while long-time players can simply pay a minimal fee in exchange for not having to tap through 100+ buildings. Have this action refresh every 12 hours or so.
Another way: Like the "aspirational buildings," but for gameplay--a "perk" system if you will. Players can use a $1 million (or so) to buy an ability that for every building tapped, another building (at random) will also be tapped. Call it "double tap" or something stupid like that; the point is to speed up the collection process.
2. PROBLEM: Finding specific decorations can take a while.
SOLUTION: Streamline the process of building up Springfield by introducing a category-style organization function for the decorations, such as "Plants and Trees," "Walls and Fences," "Signs," Boardwalk," etc.
3. SUGGESTION: Give people more of an incentive to be a good neighbor-eeno by having a small possibility to receive a donut for every neighbor's building you tap. Now that it's faster and easier to visit a neighbor's Springfield, the (albeit small) chance of earning premium currency should encourage the social aspect of this game.
4. SUGGESTION: In the same vein of a "gameplay perk" system, for a cost, players should be able to buy the ability to tap an extra building in a neighbor's town. Make it $3 million or so to give people incentive to save up and keep tapping. This also would have the effect of promoting the social aspect of TSTO.
5: SUGGESTION: Make buildings that take longer to generate income give slightly more experience to neighbor's tapping in your town. For example, encourage people to hunt for a friend's "Burns' Mansion", rather than just tapping on the closest brown houses or whatever.
6. SUGGESTION: The Christmas 2013 update introduced a few cool new features, one of which is the fact that the ClausCo. Christmas tree (or whatever it is) acts as a focus point for your town. After this update, EA should keep this feature by having a certain decoration take its place, so people can direct neighbor's to an area of interest in their town; a building they'd like people to tap, or something they just want to show off.
7. SUGGESTION: Dirt paths and trails that are half the width of the road and concrete pathways. This addition would be great for parks, and I know a certain slack-jawed yokel who would appreciate a more rustic walkway.
That's all the ideas I have at the moment to improve the game. Let me know what you guys think, and I hope EA considers the above. Should they be so inclined to incorporate these suggestions, I'd gladly allow them to do so.

Maybe as a summer update?
