BART AND MILLHOUSE ICON IS GREYED OUT.....CANT VISIT ANY NEIGHBORS

What level are you at? I seem to remember that friends weren't available into a few levels in

I'm a level 22, so i know that isnt the issue.
I have also tried to reinstall a bunch of times!

My problem is that I can click on the icon, but the very same moment my friends springfields list appear i get disconnect. It's been so for over a week now. From levels 20 to 22

How are you adding friends if the Bart/milhouse icon is greyed out?
