Bought 300 donuts this morning with the sale but they have not shown up

    I clicked on Gil and purchased 300 donuts for $15 and got the Google Play receipt but the donuts still have not shown up in my total. This happen to anyone else?

    I also bought 300 donuts and donuts haven't shown up, i heard homer confirm the purchase!

    I am also on android!

    I am. And what I do not understand is I just made a purchase 2 days ago, before hearing about the sale, and everything went fine so this is aggravating.

    Seems to be a serious issue regarding Androidusers and buying discounted Donuts...

    Possibly you all could band together and contact EA... Show your receipts from Google Play, and give them your Mayhem ID number. Then they will be able to check your account. Should be easy to prove that you haven't received the Donuts you have purchased.

    Because it doesn't help going in and out of the game, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If not, your only hope is EA yes...

    I shut my phone off and on again and they still didn't show up. I have not tried to uninstall the app but I guess I can do that as well.

    I emailed EA and got an auto reply.

    Since it relates to the actual buying with real world money, i would think it falls to google (for android) to help...though shooting EA is probably a good idea....anyone done EA yet, ive shot google an email already...

    I sent a ticket through the EA help system and also sent a message to the contact for EAmobile in Google wallet!

    I messaged EA through the Google Wallet thing as well. EA bad customer service? NAH, get out of town......

    I just purchased a store full, the first time I tried it took ages to process and failed, didnttake payment and I got a fail notification. Went through the secobd time, but again took ages to process. So there might be a problem with wallet, although I havent had any other problems today with play directly.

    well I just bought 300 donuts using my Android device but I got it just fine. made my purchase, got my receipt email, after I logged back into Simpsons Tapped Out it says "Purchase successful" or something along those lines and my donuts count has increased by 300.

    hope you guys get your donuts xx

    @dessskris: I just wonder, did you have trouble with Gil freezing your phone when tapping on him, or did that go just fine as well?

    Could a mod perhaps sticky this thread (for a day or two) and change the topic to "Android users have trouble buying donuts from Gil", or something like that. Then merge the other threads into this one. That would perhaps let some Android users contemplating buying donuts right now, figure out that they should atleast wait alittle while before investing.

    NEO or Lissa or someone else. I think alot of people would benefit from this getting a topic change and a sticky as fast as possible just for a little while atleast.

    Though I guess the fact that Origin is down right now, has something to do with this. Because this is a rather serious matter.

    Ok, Origins downtime delayed my last message with about an hour. Has the issues with missing donuts after paying for them been resolved?

    Glad I held off. I was definitely planning on getting some for the upcoming squidport update. Sad story it didnt come b4 i picked a few up for the garage sale. oh well. thanks a ton for posting this and saving me the aggravation.
