Before my first boatload last week i have bought some truckloads, so i already had most of the premium items i wanted. With the donuts i bought last week i bought the remaining things i wanted to have and i'm saving the rest up for future limited premiums. I'm up to 1650 donuts now, so i guess buying another boatload will be a bit over the top.

Maybe in a month or two they'll all be spent and i'm back here whining :-)

Oh, another thing, i always get a bench in a mystery box in my mystery bix for playing x days - as soon as i got so many donuts, bam, i win 30 donuts... Unbelieveable!

Same thing here. I had about $70 in iTunes credit and was waiting for a donut sale because I figured we were due for one. Seemed only right to get a boatload for $30 at the time (Monday). I can't believe there's a sale now. Judging by the message boards and the hinting of a lot of premium items coming and I'm not leaving the game anytime soon, I think I'm going to have to invest again. A couple months ago I was in the mindset that I'd NEVER pay for in game currency. Now look at me!! :x :x

Yup, got an update with a 25% off discount on donuts (900 for $37.99, etc) from Gil. But just now it made me download ANOTHER update and he appears to be gone. Think he caused some bugs, I've seen threads where people paid for donuts but never received them. He'll be back, don't worry! (crosses fingers)

I'm on the game every couple hours and never got an update. Hopefully like you said they fix him and I get it later.

What percent of TSTO players read this forum? I would bet it's a relatively small group. So, assuming that many players don't know that Squidport is forthcoming, it seems to me that the donut sale should have been timed to appear AFTER Squidport. Otherwise, how would people know that they need so many donuts?

With it being payday for me today I decided to buy a boatload this morning, but was having problems with my payment method so couldn't buy it this morning, thankfully for me I was able to resolve my problem after the offer began, was so glad I couldn't get it this morning!

Cumberland Farms has $25 cards for $20 dollars. Or at least they did this afternoon when I called to check. I'm having to wait until tomorrow to buy any due to financing. But if all goes well, I'll have my boatload tomorrow.

I bought another one today at CF, so Yes, they still have them. Offer ends at the end of the month.

I feel stupid buying again, but between the Squidport and the fact that these (Donut) sales are rare I couldnt resist. I just wish I had waited, since I purchased donuts last week thinking the Yard Sale would end on Monday.

Edit ~ I plan on making these last though, no more for at least a few months.
