Thanks, Frosted 1414 when the first & second act is over ,& the new act starts, can you move the prizes of the old acts out of the blue area, & put them where you want them?

In general you can move them out of the blue area anytime.
You just have to verify in which blue area you will have the most revenue.

Thanks, I just can't wait to put them in an area, where it will look right! I noticed if I leave the items in the blue area of both acts (so far), I have a higher %. If I remove the previous act's items, out of the blue area, the % goes down.
You only use one of the buildings at a time. So i moved stuff from one to the other, then crafted what i wanted and placed where it looks good.
You can use both buildings, but a lot of characters can only use the Tower. I use both, since the police dudes congregate at both buildings and I haven't moved them close together.

There is one other thing good about using both buildings which I am embarrassed to admit that I only figured out yesterday. If you are close to getting the donut bonus it is better to have characters split up so you don't end up wasting the event currency by going over 3000.
