My game is still FROZEN and I can't Let It Go

2-3 days later, and still no fix. I cannot, no matter what I do, place that cursed art museum and unfreeze my poor game.

I've called EA twice. Both "customer service" reps I spoke may as well be in Congress. A lot of talk, but entirely useless. I've reached out on social media. Nothing. Scoured the forums for a solution. Nothing. Hired a priest to exorcise the demon freezing my game. NOTHING.

It's so depressing, because I was really looking forward to this specific event. And now there's likely no chance to salvage Act 1 unless EA gives everyone affected some free sprinkles to help us catch up (one can dream) or they extend the event dates (crossing fingers)....

EA, I WANT to give you money. I want to play. Every four precious hours that pass with no fix is agony. For the love of Springfield, FIX THE FREEZE.

Had the same problem. Tried to place the cursed art museum and it froze (for over 8 hours). I rebooted the iPad, logged out of Origin, and back in. It seemed to still be stuck for a few minutes. Suddenly the cursed art museum placement options appeared. I saw all the placement options (check, rotate, box, $ and X). Instead of placing it, I put it in the box, and the game went on as expected.
