No help is an improvement over the previous crappy help. At least they're not pretending that they are going to help you anymore, they're basicly saying get lost

At this point I'm hoping they can just put it in my inventory. Worst case scenario, I have over 4600 donuts stockpiled and plenty of money to farm more.
I miss chat. It used to be my first choice for support and I always had great results. The people I talk to now from EA are a whole different breed. Help seems to mean deflect.
