Visiting friends

Hi is anyone else having issues with visiting friends or is it just me? When I click on the friends icon it force closes my game, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

how long have you played? a town of mine has started doing this again. keep in touch because i’m wondering if this is or turning into a thing. thanks

Thanks for the reply fastshadow2, I’ve been playing since 2013.

I have not had this problem. But I'm still going to mention, that whenever i have had a problem, logging in from another device helped. Have you tried a second device yet?

this just started?
i had this issue for over a year, EA said that my device was hacked which is funny because i took my device in to be checked and they said nothing was wrong with my device. after many tickets, finally EA said all they could do is clone my town to a different account and then i had 2 towns that did the samething
eventually it went away for about a year and started again after i downloaded patch 1
update, i just visited the neighbor that had crashed and no problems after rhe latest update

I just visited your town (03/30/2018 07:38AM EST) and had no problems at all. I don't visit often but I will try to remember to stop by and report any problems to you.

thanks, yours and KB’s towns always gave us problems but it might have just been a wierd one time thing or something...hopefully
i’m going to try yours and KB’s later today and report back here

update, everything seems ok! i was worried that the crashing came back. i rarely do visits anyway

For the past week or so I find visiting friends very frustrating. Half of the friends I go to have nothing to tap on. They haven’t quit the game, some have played in the last few hours. Even my second town is this way. Is anyone else having this problem?

Having the exact same problem for the last 3 or 4 days with a couple of friends towns. They are still playing as they visit me daily, but there is nothing to tap in their towns.
Have never had this problem before.

I'm suffering with this too, long time players that are still playing with huge towns have not a single building to tap on, it started happening probably just under a week ago so I guess yet another issue with the neighbour system as it's defiantly got problems I also can't add or remove neighbours nor do any neighbour request come through that are sent by anyone else.

This is happening to me too and also to my friend.
There's only a handful of friend's towns I can tap on.
It's annoying

Same here, we’re 3 in our family that play and we all have the same problem..... very frustrating.....

Same here for me and my husband sussen48. Each day there are less buildings to tap on. We have buildings to tap on but it does not appears when friends are visiting us. EA?? Help?,

Same happening for me. My friends have no buildings to tap on and I get booted after or before each friend I visit.

Add me to the list. Usually, when a couple of days go buy with nothing to tap, I check to see when the person last played. If it's over two weeks I delete them. But the last couple of days, they had been on just a matter of hours before. Something it definitely wrong. Today, only Other SPringfield had anything.

Me too. Nothing to tap in friends’ Springfields. Was able to ask two friends - I’m married to one of them - and knew that they had buildings to tap. I just wasn’t able to see them.

Apologies to any of my friends who think I’ve been ignoring them. Especially annoying as I’ve been on vacation the last week and have had plenty of spare time to tap.

I'm getting just the buildings with the spray cans like Moe's, the police station, Town hall and Springfeld Elementary
