Act 3. The Springfield Jobs – can not connect to server

It's been almost 12 hours but I haven't been able to get into either of my Springfields using my iPad or iPhone. Are other players having this issue?

    Thanks for replying. All my other connections (browsers, connection to Steam, other servers) are fine. I should have said that I was able to start the third act in each Springfield (main Springfield on my iPad and secondary Springfield on my iPhone) but after leaving I haven't been able to get back in. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling the App. Getting on for 15 hours now ... :-(
  • No problem. I assumed since there were no other reports then the issue would probably be on your wnd, but who kbows with this game these days. Usua)y a large scale outage will cause about 30 different, panic filled threads to be created.

  • I guess if it hasn't self-corrected by this time tomorrow I'll need to contact EA's tech support people. In the meantime I'm getting the spinning donut for minutes on end then a 'Reconnecting in 0' splash screen loads for a split second before being replaced with the 'Cannot Connect to server' splash screen. Most odd :-/
  • God bless you if you end up contacting EA. Heres a tip: if they tell you posting here will solve your problems, dont believe them. Most of the time you have to make them do their jobs.
