has anybody bought it ? Wondering if he's worth the donuts if you don't need him r9 help with the heists? looks like it would be a nice edition to the beachfront.

I got it. I have to say Im happy with it. Here is a pic of it next to Smootchies, the other building for sale. Let me know if you want to see it differently, I can put it with anything you want for the most part. I havent decided what I'm going to do with it yet, I usually wait until after the event to design, once I have everything.



Edit: I havent started his questline yet, so I dont know anything about his tasks. But I can find out fairly quickly if anyone needs to know

Really nice building but the only disappointment is that it can't go on the beach.

thanks very much guys and thanks for the screenshot. gives me a grrat idea of how it looks. surprised it doesn't go on the beach.

smoocheson the beach looks better than in the store screen grab , I'm more likely to but it now I've seen it

Shame about them not going on the beach as both were going on the beach for me but oh well.

I associate "penthouse" and "Raoul" with erotic goings-on. So the building looks to me like a giant pink ****. I still haven't decided whether I should get it or throw the donuts at my multiplier.

I’d love to know if he is voiced?
Also does anyone know if there is there a permanent task with Smootchies? It looks awfully vacant without one in progress.

He doesnt have anything to do with smootchies, its a different building b separate purchase entirely.

I was aware it was a separate building. I only asked as they were both released together and both mentioned here. Thanks, though.
