PSA: if having severe lag, disconnect the injury 500 tracks

I have a number of characters roaming in my SF that are untappable and can't be selected with the character finder either. They seem to be KL tourists as my town is clear from currency earning ones.

Anyone else having severe lag? I've disabled mono rail and no help at all.

EDIT: I've placed the old KL entrance (where you can exchange tickets for cash). Let me know if you have and if you have KL tourists in your town. The PSA might be to not place the entrance from storage...

EDIT 2: disconnecting the injury 500 tracks restores game to playable state. I also rotated the curved pieces to disable animation.

Note that I tried all the following and did not have success: disconnect monorail, store NPCs and characters on outdoor tasks, reinstalled, cleaned device from extra apps etc.

    You have KL tourists in your SF?
    That sound like a bug to me. But who can be sure yet.

    I'm not updating until i get 3000 more tickets to buy the last land square. I haven't yet read it's safe to update.
    All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
  • Severe lag with moving, storing, placing and selling any objects, the more you highlight, the bigger the lag. Very very painful

    I placed the KL entrance in my town and can't store it. Am thinking this might have released the KL tourists everywhere.

    You typically cannot store event-critical content.

    They should really let us divide our SFs between two maps. Both should have access to the same features. This would do a lot to solve the item count problem as well.

    You typically cannot store event-critical content.

    Am not talking about the event one i.e. I&S entrance. I'm referring to the old KL entrance for KL that went into storage.

    I have the same problem. I put down some kl paths to see if they're attracted to it. At the very least it might keep them in one place.

    Yes I did. Then I placed it and any old KL stuff I had away from my Itchy and Scratchyland stuff. Now have a couple of Krustyland guests milling about around and near the paths I dropped. I haven't seen any others around the town but my town is big so it's possible I missed some.

    Am thinking that's the cause. Maybe I should ask for a rollback... will try uninstalling. My game is truly unplayable even after storing every NPC and characters outside etc.

    It's slow because I think the game just got much bigger I think. What device are you playing on?
  • i have seen a few untapable guests while doing the quest part. Hadn't placed anything from krustyland yet. So its not the entrance that is the cause.

    acer android tablet used only for this game with plenty of ram/storage android 5.0.1
