PSA: if having severe lag, disconnect the injury 500 tracks

    Eventually updates to this game are going to leave lots of older android devices behind. There are so many animations etc going on now, especially with I&S land!
  • Animation from Injury 500 is the cause of lag. Disconnecting tracks should help.

    Will try both installing on my phone (android 7) and disconnecting the tracks. Thanks all.

  • FWIW, I just found 1 random former Krustyland parkgoer (not the new, tappable I&S ones) wandering around in my SH area, nowhere near the I&S entrance. I clicked on my old KL entrance once, but never actually placed it in SF. I did, however, place Sideshow You and the Viking Ride as well as a few KL tiles. Regardless of why I got that one random parkgoer, my game seems to be running fine, so it seems like your lag is probably caused by something else (possibly, as has been mentioned, the Injury 500 animation).

    will try all these tips to see what I can do, I have lots of random parkgoers for some reason. Good to know the parkgoers aren't related to the old KL entrance since I can't store that though.

    EDIT: Ops! Pandzisko86 already said it.

    Hey guys, the severe lag is caused by the 500 (roads). If you merge all pieces together they will make the entire game lag. If you depart each from the other, even by a small square, the lag is gone.

    Yeah, I can't go into KL at all. I think I'm the only one that got this issue. Idk how long I'm going to have to wait on the specialist. Really blows.

    Did you disconnect the track yet?

    Yes, but every action is slooooow including the scrolling. And from time to time I have the error page and error login. I already have the game glitched, now it's almost impossible.
    I'm also trying to put all the KL sections in my main map but the pieces are all messed up :s:/

    @TheJuiceLoosener are we supposed to be building itchy and scratchy land in Springfield or do I have a bug?

    Yes, nuking is part of the questline, after that everything is in SF

    We currently HAVE two maps.

    One for SF and one for KL, which they're now removing because so many whiners complained about having to wait 10 whole seconds for a splash screen while the databases swapped. Enjoy your lag while it tries to load it all on one now.
    All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
  • Dislodging the track piece does get rid of the lag but I can't assign anyone to the ride unless the track is complete. So, I'll have to put up with it for now. However, after act 1 the ride will remain apart until I can store it if we don't get a patch.
  • I've sent them to their assignments, then disconnected just one piece.
    Everybody is still on assignment, but lag is gone.
    Will find out tomorrow if it works.
    If, then it's still bothering, but if you just have to put it together for sending them, and then take one piece out to stop the lag, I think it's the way to go for me, until EA is fixing it,......If they :D
