Disapproving Squirrel

Can anyone tell me if Disapproving Squirrel is a premium character?
I understand she earns premium for the event, but are her other tasks premium?

Is that a blue wig on the baseball bat? Or is the squirrel losing its hair?

And as a side thought, as a disapproving squirrel, she probably wouldn’t want to be a premium character. The antithesis of Mrs. Lovejoy.

Who did the original voice?

I can usually recognize voice actors but not that one.

Kavner's voice sped up? Someone else entirely?

Thanks. Shouldn't that mean they should be able to use the voice? I thought they had the rights to the "main cast", even when they do different voices...
