How many playable characters are you missing?

Been playing for a long time now, like many of us started freemium and went premium, now have a high enough multiplier to be self-sufficient.

AFAIK, there’s currently 347 PCs and I’m missing 21 to get the full set. Picked up five presidents recently which helped. But the missing 21 were from times when I was donut poor.

Now I’m busy twiddling my thumbs and hoping they are offered again....

I have them all. I'd be surprised if the episode tie in characters like Laird Lad return. Hopefully they do as it's fun to collect them all.
