Sorry dude, you and I are in the same boat, from what people have posted in other threads about this, promotions happen around the end of the month, you have to be actively posting by responding to the threads, and an automative system picks users randomly to be able to post avatars and animations. It has not so much to do about being cool enough as it does with being randomly selected, by being active.
