In the third image, what is that building right in front of the Lard Land Doughnut Boy, with the windows in front, AC on top, and orange sides.

I think the building you are referring to with the orange it lard lads I guess it was a colour mix up and would suggest why lard lad is so close to the building aswell

I believe it might be the Lard Lad building as drawn in the Treehouse of Horror episode 3F04 (it has the same front door/window layout and orange side):

I could be wrong but it kinda looks like the duff brewery as the Aztec theatre doesn't look the same either
