Moe's Zoo -- Cannot Connect To Server Error

It is currently 10 am PST (1pm EST) and I still cannot connect to the servers to start the Moe's Zoo event. I am in the Pacific Northwest in the US.

    See....after hours of not being able to connect....as usual, as soon as I take the time to post the issue, it starts working working 2 minutes later!
