    Hopefully they throw a few more donuts in for your troubles when they do finally sort it!

    I got a response from them about losing hundreds of eggs. But about a few days before whacking day was over so I figure what's the point. :P

    Seriously tho, what's going on there that they take a month to address customers?
    This is all just an incentive to cheat unfortunately.

    It seemed like that was their plan all along. String you along as long as possible. Only the angriest or most persistent will keep trying, everyone else just gives up.

    I think they have hired some new people though. I think they may have added or moved the CS center.

    The turn around time is getting quicker and the email I received was in English, not just a bad attempt at English likely employed thru translation software but actual English with complete sentences and such. I was used to the disjointed run on style wording that I have to then try and decipher.

    Perhaps better things are to come in regards to EA CS. Boy I hate sounding optimistic. Lol It usually ends up biting me in the ****.

    Ummm... If I remember correctly, everyone lost snakes in the first few weeks of the event do to the Lisa bug. Be happy you have an email IOU for those donuts, the rest of us just lived with it without a complaint. :roll:

    I had no problem getting all the items and 4 or five wacking boxes without spending a single donut or making any egg deals.

    Be persistent and keep an email chain going with them and I am sure they will honor their promise in time. It's not like it should be on the top of their to-do list of problems. :wink:

    1) Ummmm, I dont seem to recall a lot of people losing 1500 snakes in a matter of minutes. I seem to recall talk of losing maybe 5-20 snakes per visit not 500 or so like i experienced. Its not my fault if people didnt bother to file a ticket.

    2) I am really happy for you that you got all your prizes but that info is irrelevant. If I had ESP I would have known whether or not I would need to purchase premium support ahead of time but since I dont have that skill and I have a life I spent donuts.

    3) Keep your advice, when I need it I'll ask you for it. Not sure exactly why but seems like you came into this thread to..... ummmm hand out some snark due to sour grapes over the possibility that I might actually receive recompense and you wont cuz you didnt bother to "complain". Tough, thats your problem.

    Edit - Update, EA responded and did in fact credit my account 120 donuts. After numerous extremely negative experiences with CS I am quite pleased to see a positive outcome.

    Perhaps better days are ahead for us as EA customers.

    So, I personally recommend that people keep trying and don't just assume EA will blow you off. The more people let CS know about problems the higher the likelihood that they will identify them and maybe even fix them.

    Plus the more people let them know about issues then they will more quickly be able to gauge the size and impact of the problem. The more widespread a problem the greater the chance that they will make amends.

    Too many people simply assume that posting a thread will get the attention of EA and that is definitely not the case. Submitting tickets to support is the only way to go.

    I really hope this is the dawn of a new day and everyone will start getting proper support. Gotta be careful....must temper optimism.

    Congrats man, I'm actually blown away by that. Those 120 donuts will go a long way! You should bookmark this thread so people can refer back to it if they have a bad experience.
