Bonus Animal Feed Percent

I am sure this has been asked, but searching didn't turn up what I am looking for. How do you raise that? So far nothing seems to help.

When you upgrade the emu resort you get decorations every second level, they raise the percent when put inside the "blue zone" behind the entrance. It's the same with the other resorts (or whatever they're called) too
