Anybody else get this quest glitch?

I didn't get a chance to get picture but its happened to me twice now. I would go click on a completed task and it will say like -36/1 then I would tap the thumbs up and it would go to -35/1 and would ask to do task again then crash. Seems to only happens to a quest that the game wants you to do and not the ones you want to do.
