All im trying to put forward is that not everyone who has all the squidport tiles are hackers and its unfair to brand everyone the same. Anyone who wants to come visit my town can do so no problem. I don't have 2 of anything I don't have millions of dollors I don't have hundreds of thousands of donuts not everyone's a cheat

Ha ha okay, I'm sorry for being presumptuous Jimmy, but you are definitely a one in a million when it comes to having all the boardwalk tiles legitimately.

I guess we all have our restrictions on our frivolous spending, and I'd bet no one else on the forums could afford to do what you've done legitimately. Even if people could afford it, they usually couldn't justify that much money on unlocking all the boardwalk tiles.

I stick by the original point, the elaborate squidports are as a result of jailbroken hacks and ebay donut purchases and the like

Ok well I didn't mean to get snippy with you I just wanted people to know that we not all hackers I play the game fairly and never judge people who don't spend real cash. I hope one day they do crack down on hackers and stuff on this game but some people do play it without hacking and I'm one. Anyway within a week or two more people will have them all and I am having some buyers remorse today for speeds it all up

So you see not every is a hacker

That's crazy you'll spend that much on a IOS game.

His money he can do what he likes with it, is it crazy if he can afford it and enjoys playing? Any more crazy than paying £200 on a pair of shoes you wear once? Or a brand new car when a cheaper older one would get you from A to B for example?

Atleast with a car it will last a long time. The thing is with these games, once the servers go your money will go down with it. I haven't paid a cent on this rip off game. So I won't compain when the servers shut down.

You guys, it is against the TOS to post personal information on this site. I had to remove the posts that included email and postal addresses (and those that quoted it).

I've spent £15 thereabouts on this game since playing from October, so I'm not one for blowing money on it myself - I just don't think he should be judged for his deciding to do so.
Better be addicted to a game and blow money on that than addicted to drugs or alcohol.

Personally, I reserve my cash for £200 shoes that I wear once then leave them sitting looking pretty in my wardrobe like a crazy girl

I've heard of some players being unable to open their Springfield, perhaps these are hacked Springfields? Justice? I don't know, I would be really upset if hackers ruined the game for others but as far as I can tell this isn't the case. I admit, a town that has more then me springs a little envy, but I don't assume HACKED! Though if a player has 10 of every vehicle, duplicate quest buildings or in this case, a full squidport I do have to wonder.
On a side not, I think they've limited the boardwalks simply to lengthen this event. Money grab? Only to the impatient. I'm sure Krusty land won't be available for a number of weeks so this event will tide people over until then. If the boardwalk was free, we would be done this update within a week, even less with donuts! It's a bit disappointing, but I'm patient and a loyal Tapper :)
I've personally spent 175$ already, crazy yes, worth it... YES

Besides. Doesnt it take time to hack new versions of things. I would think the hackers are working furiously but the update came out less than 24 hours ago. And allot of those posting full squidports were after just a few hours.

Seems like what I have read about in the past was with these hacks you did not get to keep the donuts. (like the negative glitch)

Soon we will be seeing folks with multiple squidport entrances with multiple one time buildings. Those will be hacked.

After the gil sale I ended up with 6400 donuts but when the tiles started getting to 18 per I stopped and decided to buy all the board walk characters instead. I would rather have a smaller squidport with more activity than all the tiles costing me all my donuts. I probably wont buy any more boatloads for a while and want to save up for other stuff.

You'd be surprised. Unless EA completely fixed the previous hacks, programmers can exploit them again. If they did, they'll find another exploit.

There are hacks that can give you 8 million homer buddahs and stuff, hacks that can produce donuts from buildings so that you get them permanently added to your account (not negative donuts)

Image is from another thread I made, I have been saving hacked images to my tsto folder for awhile now

I do not hack but Hacking doesn't bother me, purely because i think having everything right away must take all of the fun out of the game. And what is the point if you dont enjoy it. As long as i am enjoying my game i don't care what others are doing

For me what makes this game fun is the anticipation of waiting for tasks and buildings to finish. No way would i hack it would completely ruin the game for me

I dont get why people even do this. Whats the point of having that many donuts and cash? There is no challenge at all at that point. It would be like a pinball machine where the ball cant be lost. Or pong where the paddles go all the way top and bottom. These analogies are dating me but you get the point. 8)

I think EA have designed this with lower lvl players in mind. Since it's available to lvl 16 players who still have quite some way to go until lvl 30 and onwards, they will have it in them to keep calm and carry on chipping away. The veteran players that have everything and cash to boot have less to do (other than grand redesigns) feel that a fully accessible Squidport would have fed their Tapped out appetite. Instead said TSTO vets that don't subscribe to hacking etc feel that they are being drip fed bit by bit.

Let's put it this way, if EA didn't charge so much for donuts and gave more ways to earn them there would be less reason for people to cheat. It's expensive to play this free game if you want everything. I don't have a problem with it, and to be honest, you're fighting a losing battle against it. There will always be people hacking into games to cheat.

That is a good point, it probably fits in with regular levelling gameplay if you aren't capped yet.

I guess because we're maxed out and level 30 we are feeling jipped, we want to move through the update at the normal pace. Why not let us have access to it quicker if we're level 30, maxed out already and have nothing else to do. I don't know, it's not a real suggestion, but it is imbalanced.

Having literally nothing further to do on the games progression other than a tile once a day and a half is lame!

    +1

I think that would work well. And could be easily implemented.
    An example

At the start of squidport you get a wood shed that either throws out tiles at set times, or you start making them as per the gate. For every 10 levels of the player, they get another quest to build a wood shed, thus the higher players who have already finished all the other quests can build areas faster
