I am having a problem with Emblem Prizes. I've already gotten the Sacred Parchment (and it's been placed and in use) but the game still thinks I've just won the sacred parchment, informs me as such each time i launch the app, and won't advance to the next emblem prize. It allows me to "purchase" advancement for -70 donuts, which does nothing. Can someone from EA help me out? Origin ID is [email protected].
I can't get Mr. Smithers to complete his task working at the Nuclear Power Plant. When I tap on the plant, the menu flashes briefly, but I can't select him to stop. Using the new Town Hall feature, when I look at Mr. Smithers, it lists his job as "ERROR".
Could someone advise how I can go about reporting/correcting this issue?
Had the same issue. I had to store Burns Mansion (since that's the building that introduced Smithers) and then re-place it.

i keep getting a message saying that the sacred Parchment is ready in my inventory to place. but i have already placed it. this causes the sacred parchment in the emblem rewards menu to be greyed out and as such i cant progress onto the next rewards. can anyone help with this???
its says in the menu that i can buy the sacred parchment for 104 donuts because of the amount of emblems i have but i only have 92. does anyone else have this issue and have they resolved it. EA aren't helping because its not a "game crash or freeze" so they are being useless as ever

Now I have been through almost all my friends and have to wait 24hours to try again. It says "you get 0 stonecutter emblems on each action for your next 0 friend actions.

This is not a bug.
I'll explain how it works:
At first the info says: "you get 1 stonecutter emblems on each action for your next 60 friend actions."
This means that the first 60 friend actions you'll use on a day could give you stonecutter emblems.
You'll recieve emblems when you tap a camera. (Stonecutters HQ = 5 emblems, other buildings = 1 emblem)
If you visit a friends town without camera symbols and you'll tap i.e. a dollar symbol, you'll use one of your first 60 actions, but you won't get emblems.
Use your first 60 friend actions on camera symbols.
Then your info says: "you get 0 stonecutter emblems on each action for your next 0 friend actions."
Now you can visit all your friends and tap everything you want.
After 24 hours you should be able to use your first 60 friend actions for emblems.
at the beginning of the Stonecutters event, I stored 4 buildings (Madame Chao's, Abraham Lincoln's cabin, the Guinea Pig Rescue Center & the Blocko Store) to make room for some other buildings. Then after buying more land to put them on, when I went to my storage (the brown box), they were not there I read about the glitch from the nuclear thing (storing everything), but I didn't read about anything like this. I tried reinstalling the game and all the usual troubleshooting techniques. What should I do??

I already uninstalled and reinstalled it with no fix.
I have tried several times today to visit my friends every time the game crashes. I have a samsung galaxy 3 tab. Could someone please get this problem fixed. WHOEVER AND WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW. Please advise me when this error is fixed I am getting very angry due to this.
I just noticed a minor bug, both leprechauns' payouts are no longer getting a bonus. My total bonus is about 117, and until recently they paid 11 money/3 xp now they pay just the base 5 money/1 xp. Simpson and Flanders houses seem ok, but I haven't had a chance to check much else.
Possible more problems on the "Number 1 not working" bug...
For the last 3 days his menu has become available at exactly 12:00 am each day. But I can only acces the menu 3 hours later... 3AM...... I have been missing a few times time to finish the daily tasks...
I´m having problems with the One's order of sending a saint to study the bible, I have done the quest before and it worked perfectly but now when I send him to study the bible The One is not recognizing it as done and keeps asking me to do it over and over...

I am at Level 14, and four days later still stuck in this game with the quest. No matter if it resets at the middle of the night it keeps asking for the saint to be sent to read the bible. I am tired of sending ned to study the bible and the game is not recognizing the tasks as done... if anybody has an advise please give it to me!
Im having issues with the cancel button, which doesnt seem to work when accidentally pressing on the doughnuts to do a quest or a task immediately. It has happened before and i didnt bother reporting but the second time really made it annoying as i lost 34-35 doughnuts alone just today. Its frustrating because 35 doughnuts is a big amount to get if you dont spend money on them...
l'm still having the issue with number 1 stonecutter's menu flashing off of the screen. it works for a while but as soon as the timer resets the problem reoccurs. the worst part is that l am never able to get the full rewards because l don't have time to finish the quests.
beginning to think no one at EA bothers to read these threads they need to get there fingers out there a$$ and get this fixed like many my patience is running thin
Finally got Smithers back... He was gone and there was an Error message when you use the townhall to spy on the town...
The solution to getting Smithers back (atleast what worked for me)
1. Put Burns Manor in storage
2. Take Burns Manor out of storage
3. Smithers should now be available
Hopefully this keeps him here and no more Errors after jobs

When i played the game, game crush.
I restart game, then all screen is green. No streets, houses, characters.
But i still level 41 and all my money still available.
When i go shop, every house is locked and i cant buy nothing, even the trees are locked.
Now i found that i can buy simpsons house again. Seems like my game is restarted and all ise gone but im still level 41
I tried uninstall the game and install again, but still the same.
Tried my phone and same thing.
Game crashed. Restarted and Came up as my login & level 41, but re-set to the beginning of the game. Logged out then logged back in and haven't been able to connect to the server for 7 hours. Tried 4 different locations and wireless & mobile connections at each. Using Android mobile device.
I'm at level 22 and I'm about to build Nelson's house but I still have done or the quest hasn't popped up for the jakes unisex hair palace, guilded truffle, king toots and any of marge's quests. I have already built everything leading up to Nelson's house except those other buildings. Please anyone help me!!!!

I have a problem that started with the last update. My Smithers character has disappeared! I've checked to see if I had him on a job somewhere and haven't been able to find him.
When I check the town census it shows *error under Smithers' name. Also, when I tap on Smithers' go to button, it takes me to Mr. Burns..
