Pls fix my bug quest "Flaw and Order Pt.2" I remembered it was 2/3 then after couple days, it went -137/3, then whenever i'm gonna visit my friends village the app would just end itself.

My issue is that my game freezes when I try to clear garbage from a number of my buildings. Some are fine but more just freeze the game and kick me out when I tap on them. I'm losing progress and I'm far behind where I should be. Very frustrating. :x
Hello. I have an issue with a quest for Apu. He was given a quick four hour Quik-e-Mart shift to do. But when he was finished it did not give me the bonus points/money. Instead his picture was still in the quest queue and showed that he had a NEGATIVE seventy more times to do this quest. If you have any insights please let me know.

I have the same issue today. All projects show "completed" and I can't submit any more even though the dump and recycling center are full and counts for the projects show in green. It says come back tomorrow. I was advancing well and thought I might actually get Ray Patterson.

Thank you! I removed my monorail tracks and it stopped freezing and crashing on me. Still got some crashes when I tried to remove trash from buildings that friends left.

Unfortunately I tried this and it didn't solve the problem for me.

Same exact thing happens to me. A bunch of my buildings have trash on them, and I can't touch them without the game crashing.
I can't even get into the game to disconnect the tracks. I tried signing out, turning off my iPad, but every time I try to get back in, the screen with the bonus blueprints pops up, and the game is as frozen as the North Pole. I wrote to customer service in an email, so hope soon, there will be a fix.

**EA GAMES are RIPPING US OFF** Do not buy the Dumping Permit for Monorail Quest!
Incredibly disappointed with EA Games for the Monorail Quest sale of the Springfield Dumping Permit.
It costs 90 donuts and you in return get double blueprints for dumping trash in your friends cities.
What EA Games FAIL to advertise is that this 'double premium reward' actually only entitles you to earn double blueprints on the very LIMITED number of friends towns they will allow you to earn on per day.
For instance, I have 97 friends. Today (18AUG) I managed to visit 15 friends before the blueprints stopped producing for the day. 15 out of 97 friends!! That's not even 15% of my friends i'm able to earn off!! What a rip off!
I contacted EA Games who advised they cannot do anything as the blueprint is not refundable.
I disbuted this indicating that they have refunded donuts on various other occasions, however apparently they can't reverse the blueprint card once purchased.
So EA Games, at their fault, are now penalizing Premium players because of their own development inadequacies.

I purchased the Springfield Dumping Permit when the Monorail quest came out, for 90 donuts. This advised it would give double the blueprints rewarded for dumping garbage on friends buildings etc. I appreciate that I am recieving the double blueprints, however the number of cities that this applies to is not really acceptable for the cost of 90 donuts. For instance, this morning I have tapped 15 neighbours before the blueprints ran out. 15 friends out of 97 that I currently have. That's not fair. The sale was very misleading as it should have advised there is a very small number of friends towns you can visit before these expire for the day... Its really not worth the 90 donuts that Ive paid for a mere 15% of my friends to let me earn double the blueprints... If i spend 90 donuts on a card for double then I would expect to recieve blueprints for at least half of my friends towns. The fact it stopped after 15 friends is really bad and feels like i've been ripped off for buying this card!

Getting alot of 'Server Unavailable' responses within the last 24 hrs of attempting to game play on iOS 8.4
Very frustrating, on top of the continuous game crashing issue with visiting friends Springfields AND the crappy game play with the Garbage Dumping permit which is only giving blueprints to the first 15 friends towns per day.
15 friends towns out of 100 is TERRIBLE. What a rip off for anyone that has brought the Dumping permit for 90 donuts.
EA please hurry up and fix all of these faults!! A week of Monorail and still no resolution to the game crash issue with friends towns.
I've been having the same issue with the game freezing. It's been happening since last night and I can't access the game on my iPad or Android phone. It's really annoying, I don't know why they haven't fixed this yet.
