I'm upset I can't tap a thing and clean any garbage up. Now I can't get pat patterson because of this major glitch. I'm pretty upset. iPhone and android. (Wife).

Wow -- it's totally hosed now. The screen freezes immediately after I log in. I even tried reinstalling the entire game, but it's still locked-up.

Someone at EA is laughing at us suckers.

I have the same issue that someone else described with the stinky buildings and clicking on them crashes the game:

The Stonecutter's Daycare
The House of the Future (I think that's the name)
The Orange House.

If they have money waiting I can click and get the money, but clicking to remove the stink and collecting the blueprints freezes, then crashes, the game.

Guess I'm not alone with this problem. Game freezes constantly now . For about the past week or so I have been unable to play. Tap on a stinky building...game freezes. Recycle...game freezes. When I tap on anything that is connected tot the Trash update, my app totally seizes and I must force-quit the game . Pretty sad that I can't even take part in this most recent update. Gotta assume that you are working on it and will make good? I miss being able to play.

same issue with freezing, but the buildings causing me issues are:

There are also times where it will freeze as i am trying to collect trash at the dump

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but noticed it has done it on both of my devices (my phone and my tablet)

Screen freezie after several second after loading. Do something! I will not collect all the prizes befor second act. Or I should spend donuts becous of this problems?! :evil:

I've just unlocked the last friends point prize (blood bath and beyond) yet it's not in my inventory ???

Springfield Heights no longer shows up to purchase things. No way to do anything but get items from the buildings and upgrade homes with them.
Please give us back the Springfield Heights area tab. Thank you

When I start the game, my ID with correct level is in the log in screen, but when the game starts up, I'm all the way back at the beginning.

Help please?

Same problem with freezing - usually with things related to the monorail update but anything can trigger it (or even nothing at all). As a Note 4 user who has been enduring the awful lag time issues for the past 4+months, this just adds insult to injury. The game is totally unplayable now... just as we get to the update we've been waiting so long for. Dammit EA! Get your S**t together! Haven't had any of this crap from TinyCo and the Family Guy game. Maybe you guys should check with them and see what the secret to maintaining a usable (and profitable) game is!

Since getting the 'dump garbage on friends' mission, I cannot visit any without the game crashing. The OS, Android on a Nexus 9, does not even register that the crash occurred to allow its reporting. I have tried uninstall/reinstall but no change in outcome. Help?

I get an error when I try to:

- Invite new origin friends
- Remove inactive origin friends

I would like new friends as only a few are active and even then, none visit my town. Thanks

I can't send any friend requests and when I try to, I get a message that I have reached my maximum friends and should delete some; but I only have 8 friends. Online it says I should be able to have 100. Please advise. Thanks

My game keeps freezing on the current monorail level when I tap the buildings with fumes on them to get monorail points and there is only 10 hours left on the current special game. What do I do?

My game has been frozen for over a week... LV 56 middle of the first round of the monorail storyline just bought all the premium items... Will this be fixed soon?????

Im having problemen to. Every time i want to visie friends i get thrown out of the game. I restarted about 10 times, still happens over and over again :evil:

Every since the monorail update came out, my game keeps crashing, specifically when i click on certain buildings. Started off as one building I couldn't clean the fumes off of, and now it is up to 5 buildings. I missed the last three prizes on the first part of the game because it keeps crashing on me. I know I am not the only one with this issue, when are you going to fix it???? Please fix!!!

For some reason my kindle won't do the update. Is there something I can do to force the update that I missed?

After the last update, it fixed my freezing problems and my heat problems with running the game. Now act II started and whamo, my phone is superhot when running the game and has frozen at least 10 times in the lat 3 hours (not as bad as before, but still a problem).
