    I'm really struggling.
The game freezes whenever I tap on completed recycling or Springfield Heights.
    Getting very frustrated.

    TO Ritzbitznshiz;
The project board is not working because it is in an area of your town polluted by the problem. I installed 2 more and they did not work. Install the next one on a diagonally opposite side of town where there is no damage (all buildings generating tax, etc) This should work., Good luck.

In the mean time, try unhooking all the tracks from the stations. My game plays a lot better, and my friends, that have also unhooked theirs, makes it easier for me when I visit. I also on occasion have a freeze up n my own town.

This is what did it for me. I noticed after connected two long strips of rail together this am thats when the problems started - game was unplayable, it would freeze after a few minutes use. When I went into Task Manager on my tablet to shut it down the CPU Usage % was HUGE! Eventually put 2 & 2 together and took the first rails on the sides of ALL stations out so the cars dont move at all and Voila!

    Game was playable again

Hope EA comes up with a solution to this pretty quick - seems kinda pointless to be collecting all this track when you cant even hook it together. But in the meantime Im gonna keep collecting and storing it and will hopefully one day get to use it

I only wish I would have read this message sooner ;-)

    Cheers

I seem to only be getting curve pieces, and I don't have space for them. I need straight track! I currently have 36 curved pieces in my inventory i can do nothing with!

Did something happen this morning? When I signed on I was given all three stations AGAIN! I liked getting the track pieces, but are we supposed to have 6 stations?

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that when I was earning loads of bells and whistles (the monorail event) it just wasn't actually giving me them even when I handed in resource. I was just wondering if you could help as I have no chance of getting the rail yard and I really want it for the donuts.
    Please help... I am desperate

I unlocked the final track pieces for Act 3 Monorail today. I was placing them (had already placed 2) and I was kicked out to the "cannot connect to server" screen. Re-entered the game and the track pieces I laid weren't there, and they weren't in my storage. Also, it now says I have to collect another 1,000 B&W to complete the part I already completed. What the heck?

THANK YOU wdhiii for showing this message. Worked for me too. For the last few days have only been able to do a few actions before the game would freeze. FRUSTRTING nad was thinking of giving up. I had cleaned the cache, stored a lot of items to try to offload the game. Tried on my daughter's tablet, same problems. Got to the forum to have a good moan about it and found your post. :D Thank you :D

I'm experiencing multiple issues with the game, in the metal depot it says mr. Burns is missing but i'm level 57. Then i put the cooling towers in storage and take it back out mr. Burns appears but about a third of my items and stuff is gone! At this point my complete recycling stuff is gone! I just had to fill the final step of the pricetrack to get the railyard, verrrrry frustrating.
Also when collecting junk instead of collecting it all at once at the dump, i must click every single character. (This solved itself)

    Please help!
Changing devices doesn't help tried three ios devices all have same problems. My wife doesn't experience any probs at all playing here game.

UPDATE: now mr. Burns and Kent Brockman are missing, for both the game tells me they're under construction.

My game constantly crashes in between each neighbourhood visit! I am trying to earn enough bells and whistles to get the rail yard but it is soooooo frustrating when it continually crashes!

I have read that many other people are having the same problem and wish there could be an update but also I really, really hope that there could be an extension for the event so that I can still get the rail yard!!! I really want it :(

I have just received the rail yard, but when I try to place it the game crashes, every other aspect of the game works ok. I just can't place the rail yard. I've tried logging out and logging in again, that didn't work. Anyone got any ideas?

Cannot spend donuts atm. Game instantly crashes no matter which premium item I want to buy. Bummer especially as I wanted to buy some of the Monorail items which will run out in a couple of hours.
