It looks like there is an issue with the Halloween Update for the latest generation Kindle devices in the Amazon store. It let my old Kindle update, but Amazon lists my new Kindle as incompatible with this version of the app. The old version was listed as compatible and is currently on the device.
Ever since the Halloween update went live the send all on job feature has stopped working is this a bug or a feature which has been removed it was so much help and I really could do with it back
Now that I am getting snakes, I am no longer getting credit for killing monsters. Because of this I cannot level up my campfire or earn any of the Spooky Campfire items or anything else. Is there a solution to this problem?..or am I just misunderstanding how this is supposed to work?
I logged out and back into the game and now everything is working again. Must have been a glitch that corrected itself. Anyone else having this problem may want to try logging out and in again.
Before the update all my blue houses were stuck at 7 hrs 58 minutes, and both skinner and Wiley were hosed. They disappeared, try to put them back, said I didn't have enough resources but could add for zero donuts. Click add half my town is gone.
Well that is fixed. But the rendering of Springfield is completely hosed, everything is wrap screwed up. Some buildings are too big and overlap others, nothing lines up anymore, characters walking through objects its Alice in wonderland.

Have martin tell spooky stories to cause zombies to spawn instead of snakes. This worked for me when I stopped at 51 and wasn't getting credit. The zombies are giving credit now.
The game keeps making me update every time I open the app on my iPhone. It's really time consuming and really annoying. I've tried to play at least 5 times today and each time I've had to go through the whole process of downloading 303 megabytes.
When I tapped a bunch of zombies it didn't show the brains or smores and I didn't receive credit for them. Also, I had used donuts 2 times to finish story telling earlier and it shot out the bunnies but when I went to look for them there weren't any bunnies to tap. Anyone else have this issue? Can you please look into this? Thank you.
I'm not getting any credit for tapping nightmares. I am stuck at level 2 with 26 tapped. It doesn't matter if they are zombies, snakes, or bunnies... nada! Please fix this!
I'm having the same issues as most other players I can play anonymously but when I log in to my ea account I get tapped out stopped working I have tried uninstalling and re downloaded just to run into the same problem any help would be appreciated.
I had a lot of issues with crashing during the monorail event, which made it impossible to get the prizes, and the Halloween event is off to an even worse start.
Since updating Halloween, the game would crash as soon as I visited a friends town. (It already takes long enough to load the game, imagine doing this in order to visit 100 friends - a total waste of time!). I've since reinstalled twice, and now I can't get the game to load at all before it crashes. I can't open the game in order to get the number I need to lodge a fault, although from what I hear that user support process is useless anyway.
I used to spend money on the game, figuring I enjoy playing so why not pay for it to fund development. Spent over $200 over time, but since the game has started lagging and glitching I don't pay as I figure why pay for something that isn't worth it.
EA - there's no point designing intricate events that crash the game so no one can play. Some may view this as a free product, but those of us who have spent money on your product expect a product that works. Fix it.
Also, taking away the "send all on jobs" feature so soon after introducing it just makes you a total (li+ease. Or (0cktease. Whichever term you identify with more.
I am not getting credit for tapping on nightmares. I am stuck and cannot upgrade my fire pit. It seems to have stopped giving me credit once I started spewing bunnies. I am stuck at three taps.
It would appear with the Halloween update that the ability to use the unemployment option of putting everyone to work is gone. Will it be coming back. And I have not been able to upgrade my fire I tap on night mares and have stayed at 108 for two days now?
I am at my wits end! Spent 6 hours troubleshooting, installing, reinstalling, live chatting, phone chatting and so on with EA trying to resolve this issue and getting very annoyed now. I have never had a scratch card from Kwik E Mart, they have simply never been available. The final advisor who was pretty much the only helpful one said that the only solution is to post on this forum to be picked up. I must have missed out on so much money from these scratch cards and would much rather have spent money winning 6+ donuts on a golden scratchcard than having to spend more on a fixed amount in the premium store. EA PLEASE HELP, I have been playing for years and have a case number if needed.

every game update there is issues and some never seem to be sorted!
