Hi, recently the unemployment office had a new feature where one can send characters on jobs in groups by hours. Since the roll out of the Halloween feature, this is no longer available at the unemployment office. Will this be coming back soon? Even though it cost, I found it very useful, as I really don't have the time to individually send 90+ characters on jobs every day.
I'm not getting any credit for tapping nightmares. I am stuck at level 2 with 26 tapped. It doesn't matter if they are zombies, snakes, or bunnies... nada! Please fix this!
This is the same problem I am having and it is incredibly frustrating. When will this be fixed and how can we recover the lost stats for a timed event?
My smores aren't counting when I open campfire window there are 1070 smores and at the task window there are 1600 and something... also some of my characters don't have voices... Mrs. Crabapple, Milhouse, Martin, Sideshow Bob...
i take it those of who have been stuck on login screen from halloween update have been forgotton! we keep reading your aware of the issue its been 4 days!!!

Hi, I'm trying to unfriend some people in my friends list but I keep getting an error message saying unable to remove friend please try again later. Can you tell me how to fix this as these people haven't played in weeks.
Game is slower with the Halloween update. Very glitchy in general for the last few updates.
Specifically, the unemployment office does not let me set a group of characters on tasks. Also having trouble tapping nightmares in other Springfield's. If I ever try to tap a skeleton while it is next to or in front of a regular character I cannot get it till that other character has moved out of the way.
Please, please, please work on the overall glitchiness of the game.
I've had the same problem with the game being slow & glitchy! I try to move the screen and it goes an inch, the next time it goes over the entire town. Very slow response to controls. Agree with the person who said the Unemployment Office was the best thing EA has done!

My nightmares are stuck at 175, like many others - not increasing, although have tapped on many many more ?

Update - just went in and my nightmare count jumped to 199! I was so excited.... Thought it was fixed and only needed one more nightmare to get on with it. About 100 nightmares later - still at 199 ?
Same issue here with tapping nightmares and my campfire upgrade count not increasing. Really disappointing considering we are days into the event which losses all players time to complete the challenge. Hope they give us extra days once the glitch is fixed.
