Hi,
I just completed the money mountain, and should now have this outfit for Mr burns. However,I don't seem to be able to find it in my inventory. .. please fix?

Nuke button doesn't work. Just crashes the game. Thought it had something todo with memory on my ipad 2, so I help removing stuff. After removing half of my 2,5-3 year town it still crash.



Can this be the problem? Same thing happens for the Simpsons house and the found/construct buildings in highs

For the last two days I have been getting the "Cannot connect to servers" screen with Bart holding the plug and "Man I hate this screen" in the middle. I have tried reinstalling on my phone and on my Pc in Bluestacks but nothing helps. I got in for 5 seconds once and then it gave me the "Man I hate this screen" Cannot connect to servers screen.
It's weird because it always gives me the "Man I hatr this screen" text and nothing else.

I don't know what to do anymore.

The money mountain task isn't working. It says I've completed it, even though I know I haven't. My mountain has not been upgraded, and I can't make Mr. Burns throw his money.

Issue that I am currently having has to do with Springfield Heights, I have already obtained over 1 million of the real estate value points and this is causing an issue with the Springfield store. There is quest that just popped up a few days ago called Paradise Found Pt. 1 that requires the upgrading of a Private Island to level 2. The Springfield store doesn't have any of these islands for sale, and I already have a private island that is completely upgraded.
Please fix either the store or find some way to remove this impossible to complete quest, thanks.

Too bad to read that. Having the same issue starting today. What a waste! Have you tried to contact EA? I did already and it'd be even better if people having the same problem reach to them so maybe we can make this work asap... :x

yes I am having trouble with finding Maggie mini game I tap on her and it says I didn't say I find her I tapped several times and it don't work what can I do???????

I am having same issues. Get to spot where the game opens then closes and says unfortunately tapped out has stopped. Been doing this since 2-5-2016. Is it that i do not spend alot of money on this game. I have friends who can still play.what is up. I know i am a newbie to this game i have only been playing a year but i do not want to start over.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Crashing after the login screen. Doughnut spins round then crashes out all all devices, iPad, iPad mini and iPhone 6s.

Any ideass, it's been line this since 6th Feb

Lost 180 donuts. I bought 2 caracters in the game (Jimbo and Hans Moleman). Now when I enter in the game I don't have them they are in the buy sector and the donuts are gone. I already uninstall the game and install it again and the same thing donuts gone and no caracters. Help please

My game started crashing on all of my iOS devices this morning. The login screen comes up and as soon as I continue, the game crashes to the phone home screen. The same thing is happening on myiPhone 6 and two different iPads. I've tried resetting, reinstalling, powering off and powering on with no different result. This is very frustrating.

Anytime you want to provide some info on this "stuck at load screen" situation. -- or, god forbid, fix it -- I'm sure it would be appreciated, EA....

Downloads the upstate. Still crashing on login screen. On all my devices (iPad, iPad mini & iPhone)

I have deinstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in again, still not working.

Do anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Not able to get past loading screen- it crashes every time.

I am having issue loading game on all devices data follows

All devices except phone state Springfield is open on another device.
Phone will run anonymously if I log out of EA.
If logged in program crashes when loading.
Cleared Cache. No improvement.
Uninstalled and reinstalled. No improvement.
Reset Phone Reinstalled. No improvement.
Installed Updates. Cleared Cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No improvement.
Uninstalled on all devices. Left all devices off 24 hours reinstalled on original device. Installed all updates. Still will only run anonymous but crashes if logged in to EA.

I would like this fixed, advice on how I can fix or a refund of monies spent.

I'm experiencing a bug everytime I go to Krustyland. When I tap on all the tickets, my tap range is individual tickets, whereas normally, it takes about 3 taps to collect everything. When I click on sideshow you, it says 'requirements not met.' Going in the store seems to fix it and the screen flashes and all the tickets that I've tapped get caught up with my tapping and I'm able to play sideshow you. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Same issue(s) in Krustyland. Sideshow You says "Reqirements Not Met" and old system of tapping in effect (i.e. everything needs to be tapped individually)

Hi, using the App on an iPad Air. Just signed in on Feb. 14th and have been playing regularly and am updated. The Bundle of Love became available in the store. I clicked on it the screen jumped to the pink fountain, which I also purchased. But I didn't get the Bundle of Love.
I tried to purchase again and the same thing happened.

Now I'm down 100 donuts.

And no Bundle of Love :?
