I have been stuck on the krusty-est place on earth for almost two months now, I can not place the entrance to Krustyland. When I click on the bundle it says you can not have more than one of a unique particular item in the park, problem is I don't have one. I do have the Sideshow Mel corner, the turnstyle and pink fences that come with the bundle, but no entrance. I have gone through my entire inventory, its not there. I have tried deleted and reinstalling, same issue. Its driving me nuts, I can't complete the ROSA questline either. Extremely frustrating
Youre going to need to contact EA about the missing entrance. The ROSA questline probably cant be completed because one of the queats requires you to travel to krustyland, which no longer exists. There are quite a few quests that need to be updated now, you will probably have to hang tight until they fix that part, but I would definitely give them a call about the missing entrance ASAP!
I have a glitch going on for days now. Most of my characters are locked in " check out latest promotion". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I am able to tap it to complete the task, but it doesn't free up my characters. Due to this glitch I am unable to progress any further in the game. Please help!
Store a building associated with someone stuck in the loop. Such as Moe's store both Marge and Moe.
Exit the game. Reenter and that should get you out of this loop. Replace the building you stored.
Hi Gypsy. The game still crashes ever time I try to start it and access my Origin-associated game. It lets me sign into Origin, but then then I tap to continue it crashes. However if I sign out of Origin, I can start and play an anonymous game with no problems. Any idea how to fix that? I've completely closed the app (per the instructions EA posted recently) and restarted it several time.

I have the same problem! I'm level 106 so I'm not willing to start it all over. Any new results!?
It could be a space issue.You need 4 to 5 gigs of free space. If you do not have that space, and you DO NOT play anonymously, delete apps, and anything else you don't need to make room and then reboot. If it still won't load, try another uninstall reinstall, reboot your wi-fi.
Do Not play until all downloads are done even though it says you can.
Also try the suggestion in these other threads.
Received this in my last email from EA ... It is sad that we at customer experience, can only help with issues in the game itself, we cannot make changes or correct game bugs. You can however report this at the official forums, so that the moderators and Game experts can take a note of it and investigate this further. OK ... I'm telling you AGAIN ... the zoom out feature STILL has a bug! Please assign at least ONE programmer to fix this bug. It's been going on for MONTHS! PLEASE FIX THE ZOOM OUT ISSUE!!!

I am sure it is just temporary. Hang in there, and if it still happens after the new event download on Wednesday, you should contact EA.
Downloaded the zoo update, got free donuts and was offered donuts at a discount. Purchased 300 for $9 something and the purchase went through then the game said it couldn’t connect. After I got the game restarted my purchase wasn’t there. Tried a second time with another purchase of 300 donuts, same thing. So basically I’m out $20 for 600 donuts that I never received.

Sadly, not an unusual experience. Your best bet is to seek a refund from the store specific to your device (e.g., Apple if you’re using iOS).
I had the same problem purchased the donuts and it booted me out of the game,.. after a couple times if trying to reload the game it finally let me back in and the donuts were not there thinking it was just a screw up n didn’t go through I went in tried to purchase the donuts again only to have the sameness thing happen again and my apple account charging me the 20 dollars and no donuts received at all
I was able to disputed the transactions through my apple account and they refunded one of the two transactions already....
Hopefully they get the bug worked out here soon n be able to get the few extra things I want in the game
Ok I've looked but can't find this in discussion so someone please help. I can no longer see a lot of my town. The hospital is invisible, a long with the dam, Itchy and Scratchy Land Entrance and a lot of other things. They are still there but I can't see them anymore. What is going on?

Perfection has to be harvested while it is still pink, if it was brownish you were too late. If you have been harvesting it successfully but the task is stuck, try putting the farm into storage, which will make cletus disappear temporarily, restart you game, then restore the farm to the game. This should reset cletus's tasks
I've noticed a new bug today Aug 03, 2018.
I'm running the XP accelerator to quickly level up and get donuts. My starting donut count was 928.
Despite donuts appearing while playing the game and gaining levels, when I leave the game and later restart playing my donut count is again 928 donuts.
MY EARNED DONUTS ARE LOST!!! It is as if the game server is failing to update the saved donut count.

Uninstall/reinstall if your town is not anonymous.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact EA.
