THEN an adviser wanted screenshots of my email confirmation and my google wallet confirmation page for the transaction. Quickly sent. THEN an adviser asked me to delete the screenshots because they were cropped! and resend uncropped screenshots. I replied stating that I could only take a screenshot of what was on my screen ( I tried various ways to include a full page with no success) THEN an adviser replied that 2 screenshots of the same page was not acceptable, because they could be cropped. I have sent several versions of the pages which were not correct by their rules. Trying not to get too p****d off I reminded the adviser of the admittance by them that it was the EA studio's fault, and that I had sent all available confirmations of purchase to them. They will not phone me back as I am in France and the chat option is unavailable ( I wonder why?) Each time I contact them thru my case page it is a different adviser, each stating something different and all asking for the same confirmation screenshots. I would have thought the amount of players taking advantage of the studios **** up, trying to get the donut tokens without payment were very slim. EA should hold their hands up and admit and sort out the glitch ASP.

My advice is to quit wasting your time with EA and seek a refund directly from Google.
I tried to get a refund from Google but it was over 48hrs from purchase and didn't comply with their new policy. On top of that I can no longer access my game, stops on start up page. Uninstalled and re-installed, still the same. Now unable to contact EA, the only option for contact is for me to phone them, no answer! I have had missing donut tokens before, which was sorted quickly. I also was unable to sign in to the game 2 years back, which I had direct contact with the technicians in the studio, it took 5 weeks to sort out. This time, reading the EA forum pages it seems they have a real **** up of a problem.
I can't use the IRS building benefits to collect building rewards faster. I also can't collect rewards from character completed tasks by clicking their icon. This has been going on for awhile and is also happening to my wife's account as well. I've logged into different devices and the same problem exists but if i log in with a different account it works fine. It make the game less enjoyable for someone well over level 100. Anyone have any fixes for this?

You have what has often been referred to as the “rollback” glitch. The fix, unfortunately, is to request from EA a rollback to a saved game state when your game was non-glitched. This means you lose any progress (content, donuts, igc, etc.) acquired in the intervening period of time. There have been countless posts about this bug. The thread below provides a good starting point.
Anyone please help, I can't log into back into my game. It keeps crashes after I log in but i can't get the game to load. It says I need to log into my other device (it doesnt work thats why i got a new phone) but it still crashes.

Found it online, went to it that way. Wont download to my tablet. Says it wont work on my device? They showed an email address, so I have emailed them.
I'm stuck on a quest line. I'm on the Much Ado Like Maindy Pt 4 and it says to make homer buy champagne however when I click on homer there is no such a task available on his list. There is a block sign next to the quest in the quest book and I'm not entirely sure why because when homer is waiting for something to do its still like that.

This has been an issue for some players for quite some time. Part of a post dated 3rd March this year:
I still have Game of Stones Pt. 4 - Solve Number 1's Task in queue as a task, but this was from a 2014 event. It won't go away and there is no way I can complete it. I guess it doesn't hinder me in any way, but it bothers me that its always sitting there and I can't get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
