@rebelmom1999 They tell you that to close your case. No one from EA ever interacts here or sees any problems that they fix individually. Here are some tips for contacting EA.
1. Try to get a call or, if you have no choice, a live chat, between 9am and 5pm Central time Monday-Friday in the US.
2. Explain your problem and all the steps you have already done.
3. Be polite but firm that only EA can fix your problem.
4. If you have bought donuts, tell them how much money you have spent in the game.
5. If the csr refuses to help you, just hang up.
6. Request another ticket and call back.
7. Repeat until you get someone who can help you.
8. You will have to be persistent. First level support outside the US really can't help you with this type of problem. You need someone in the US or possibly Ireland, to fix your game.
9. Good luck.
@rebelmom People are reporting that the building is fixed after the new update is downloaded. It is the the Google store right now, IOS and Kindle on the way.
Issues I've noticed since the recent "Monsters" update:
* Game runs very slowly. Seems slower when there are monster minions running around, a lot better once they are cleared.
* Cash clearing is slow and, often, the IRS "splash radius" is gone. If I tap a lot of buildings and the cash pops up into the air, game won't let me scroll around; I must sit on that screen until all the cash zips down and is tallied. If I tap in the center of a group of 20 houses, only one house clears sometimes.
* If a character is taken over by a vampire, I often can't tap him/her. This morning, Ralph was taken over. (All other characters had been sent on tasks and he was the sole character roaming around Springfield, but was a little black floating ghost.) Tapping him only brought up a little black [ <== ] bar, such as normally appears at the top of a tasks window, except there is no tasks window, just the bar. And he won't clear. I have to either quit the game and relaunch or jump to a friend's Springfield and back again, then I can tap and "exorcise" him.
My game keeps crashing everytime I go to a friends town and tap a minion during the halloween event. This only happened after I purchased the license for 90 donuts!!!
EllieGuseman Everytime I try to update the game, it flashes the accept screen and then nothing. I have tried many different ways to resolve the problem to no avail.

## I can confirm this one too. This issue is the most annoying. I can't play at my regular pace anymore.

## This happens to me when I tap the Flanders book to clear them all. Suddenly I get dropped in a clear green area and can't tap out or move anywhere for like 10 seconds; all that shows is the black bar at the top with the back arrow, but I can't tap that either. Looks like the game freezes, then all of a sudden, the character pops up somewhere else and I can tap on him/her.
## Another minor bug is that when I use the Unemployment office to send my townsfolk on jobs, it seems to freeze all swiping for about 20 seconds. Seems almost like the cash clearing issue.
@gracefulon966 Sorry, that really stinks.

Make some free space on your device, clear cache, force stop, clear app data.
You should try making some room, I suggest at least 4-5 gigs, and then uninstall, clear cache, reboot device, reinstall.
I realize you may have done all these, but I hope it helps.
I know nothing about IOS or Kindle app problems.
Good luck.
I’ve just finished getting the ooze. I finally was able to unlock Everyman this morning. However, each one of his action requires “quest”. He didn’t come with a quest and he is now forever in my top left hand corner because he doesn’t have anything to do... frustrating!
I called EA support about the increasing issues I've had, and they suggested I post them here even though they're passing them along to be looked at.
In addition to the sluggish play, the inconsistency of being able to tap the ghost monsters and the game random closing when tapping ghosts/houses/players/friends' towns, my game kept telling me I needed to download the Kindle App store in or to play. Which is **** because I of course already have the App store. The game would make me open it through the App store instead of the desktop icon. Since I know one of the first things EA always tells you to do is to uninstall-reinstall, I tried that. Now the game still tells me I need to go through the App store, but trying to open it there results in an immediate crash once it gets past the splash screen, so now I can't open the game whatsoever.
If these major and increasing bugs aren't fixed within the next day, EA better compensate us for the game currency being lost due to their horribly buggy update. I'm not wasting my donuts to finish the event when I couldn't because the game kept crashing on me.
Since the Halloween update my game is almost unplayable. Cash collection freezes all play until every last dollar and XP has counted down. Any ineffective swipes during that time frame seem to accrue, however, so once cash countdown finishes I get shot off to the edge of town. Not my idea of fun. EA needs to get on this—certainly can’t play the game as it is.

Isn't it a little sad that I have that where I can copy and paste it easily.
I am thinking it will be fixed with the event update.

This update should let you finish the Everyman quest.
## I've experienced this too. Some buildings along the edge of the current screen will sometimes not appear until I swipe over.
