    5GB may not be enough free space for the game to run if you get that message. Try freeing up some space. Read the first 3 posts in this thread:

  • Thank you for your prompt response. But I can't do better than 5 gigabytes. I think it's already good as free space !!!

    DISABLE THE OFFLOAD FEATURE: check
    CLEAR HISTORY & WEBSITE DATA REGULARLY: check
    ALWAYS USE THE APP ICON: yes
    CLOSE ALL OTHER APPS BEFORE PLAYING: check
    UNINSTALL & REINSTALL: Check, but I can't install the game anymore

  • When is EA going to fix the neighbors problem.Everytime I go to a neighborhood I can't collect anything there's never nothing there and this has been going on for a couple of months.I have read about others having this problem but nothing is get fixed either fix it or take away the neighbors.

    I got the old bug when my friendship level dropped to lev 1 and clicking on character picture (left up corner) will not selected.
    Any fix in near future without having my account reverted to prolly Christmass 2017?
    After the bug I played some time... but not anymore till fix is available.
  • @Kriziak Unfortunately, the only fix they will give you is a rollback to before it stopped working.
  • If you don’t see anything in a friend’s springfield click on the invisible spray paint cans so you can at least graffiti. This only works on graffitiable buildings—high school, moe’s, and and and I forget
  • Everytime I click on a friend to get the 3/3 daily it doesn't show on some friends then I can't get my dailies
  • Cannot log in to my game even after updating my pw. I am able to play anonymously. I never signed out and now get a message stating "error occured processing the log in". It is now day 2. Any idea why this is happening?

    There are a few ways to try and fix this issue - several players have reported that the following has worked for this situation:
    • Wait for a period of time and then try again
    • Change your password
    • If connected to EA/Origin: uninstall / reinstall game (Do NOT do this if you play anonymously)
    Also make sure you input your age correctly. This error may also occur if you input an age lower than the minimum for playing Tapped Out. (Age requirement may vary from one country to another).

    Thank You! I left it alone since posting on here and was actually able to log in just now.

    I was playing about 2-3 hrs ago and now I can’t load into game. The opening screen just sits there with the doughnut spinning.
    I have tried.
    Restarting the device.
    Deleating the app and reinstalling the app.
    Shutting down and restarting the app.
    tried all these multiple times.
    Anyone else having problems all of a sudden.

    When I delete and reinstall the downloading message flashes up several times very fast and I can’t read it.

    Having the same problem, game just sits on continuous spinning donut.
    Play on 2 devices same thing happening on both.
