I am having the same problem accepting requests and if I try to add a friend the game just sticks. Also tried to add the friends or accept requests through monopoly hotels and get same problem.

Just wanted to enquire if anyone else is having any issues with building the "El Chemistri Restaurant"??

Comic Book Guy is showing in my tasks menu, but when I click on him and goto the build menu, there is no El Chemistri Restaurant to be build. El Chemistri Restaurant is part of the task "This Little Wiggy Pt.3"

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know of any bug fixes?

I got a large update tonight and lost a great deal of progress. I lost level 26 and am back to 25. Ralph and the Wiggum house are gone. The il Chemestri restaurant is gone, as are the ice cream shop, flower shop, and all the other stuff I bought with valentines(trees, planters, pond, arch, etc). Very disappointing.

I have been getting "Man, I hate this screen" for all of yesterday and still now on day two. I got leveled up like the others to 26 but only once in a while will it let me in the game then I get kicked out. Any progress on this EA?

I cannot get into the game. Once i open the game, it goes to the welcome screen, shows i have logged in, then the donut stops spinning and the game freezes on the home screen never showing my springfield.

I am running an ipad 2 with the 6.1 ios update. The game has not been working for the past 2 days.

Ea please fix.

Seems to be a Possible bug visiting friends during the valentines update. Initially thought it was just a network error on my end since It did reset the town actions for that friend but I've since found instances where no game save occurred after collecting hearts and leaving a friends town.


Also a suggestion on heart/themed bonus distribution. It would be nice to weight the amount and odds of receiving hearts based on the number of friends a person has. The smaller the friends list better chance of they have of getting hearts and getting better odds a getting the max value for those hearts. This would give those who tend to keep a smaller list of friends who are a bit more involved in trying to build their towns and not just accomplishing the next goal close to the same opportunities . As it stands now it rewards those who max out their friends list just to accomplish the next goal.

Hey, Iv 40 friend requests but when I try to accept an 'unexpected error' occurs and it says to try again. Then when I try to add friends manually it won't let me search. Any ideas?

I've been unable to access the game for the last 4 days now. It has something to do with the Origin account because my friends games work fine. If it is a case of it taking a long time to update everyone's game that's fine but EA, please at least give us some info on what's going on before we give up and stop playing. My account is tomscott254 if you want to fix it! Please!

I have the same problem. Harp sound until I close the game. I have tried different devices - but same result.

I have the following problem: when going visiting my neighbors, at first I see the "be mine" Valentines' over buildings that you can click and possibly get some hearts. After a few seconds, those signs dissappear and the only thing that stays are those $ sings above certain buildings (the buildings that had "be mine" signs when I first get there, have nothing above them). Why is that and can I do anything to fix that? It's keeping me from collecting any hearts from neighbors.

Also what I'd like to know is, why some neighbors never have any of those "be mine" signs, only $ ones and the neighbors that have the Valentines' signs, have them on different buildings? For example, there's a neighbor that has "be mine" above the Simpsons' house, Brown house, Purple house, etc., while most of the others have $ above those buildings and "be mine" signs only over buildings like hospital, Otto's bus, Cletus' farm, etc. Why is that?

For an hour or so, I can't get into my village. It keeps saying 'Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device before playing'. I'm not playing it on any other device, just my iPad. I'm scared =[ Am I able to safely delete it and redone load Tapped Out to see if that will work? But since it seems to be an error connecting to the server, I don't see why that would help. I just made it all awesomely laid out too, level 23!!! =[ Help!

This is a small thing, but I think that the Kwik-E-Mart door used to stay open when a character was "shopping" -- since the Valentine update, they stay closed, although the blower fans on the roof still turn.

Update: Yesterday (2-16-2013) I moved the bldg and the door started working again. Not sure if it was the move or if there was a bug fix.

STILL cannot add friends to my account. Three days. The same account fails no matter what device it is logged into. My kids accounts have had no problems. And, no, i havent hit the 100 friend limit. Im at around 27.

WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

Havent been able to access the game for 24 hours now. Sits on the load screen, and freezes just prior to loading my town...Spinning donut freezes and all I hear is bbrrrriiinnnnggg harp sound over, and over, and over. Friends are able to view my town without any issues, not sure whats going on. Oh, i also unfortunately bought donuts just prior to this occuring.
