didn't realize there'd be a bunch of quests relating to building new tiles.

i've just been building manually (as in i build the next as soon as one finishes), as a result after the bart/milhouse itchy & scratchy quest ended, it took me directly to building malaria zone and never asked me to build a tile, i guess cuz i already had one there. but i've read how having too many tiles too early has caused issues for some. so maybe after my next tile is ready tomorrow, i'll just wait to be prompted.

I've read that people have gotten stuck because they have all the tiles and the game was prompting them to "farm" a tile. The work around appears to be that you put some of the tiles in storage and then put them back out.

iv tried all the tricks and they don't work. U need at least one tile. To be able to build one to start part 6. As there's no way of selling or even deleting a tile. As far as I can see there's no way around it. Unless ea patches.

Yikes! Well that stinks, so basically don't buy all the tiles before the quests are done.

Fabulous! Must add to favorites and send to my mother so she can progress in her 'Homerville' without asking me every few minutes why she can't do something. :D

Have you bought all 154 tiles? I think the problem is coming when people rushed ahead and got all the tiles. There are multiple tasks where you have to farm a tile. Can't do that if you have them all.

Is that what happened Skyrim? I'm not 100% sure I understand the problem.

oh....then i might be safe. i just have like 7 or 8 or something. i've just bought them and let them build at their normal speed. then as soon as one was done i'd buy another. the one i'm waiting on was an 18hr build i think...that should be available tomorrow morning.

I haven't sped through any of my tiles (other than the last hour or two if I am not going to be home when it completes) and so far the tiles seem to be completing as the buildings do....this would be great if a building fit on a tile. Too bad you need two or more per building.

Is there any part of this new update that is "limited time" as I work away a lot and don't always have iPad and or wifi to play TSTO.

I don't think so. Just watch your tiles so they don't get restarted by a neighbor.

That's my next step, soon as the Captain finishes reading his literature. I'm not too far behind you, yay.

    Thanks lissarv!
Bart & Milhouse are at the itchy & scratchy store, 16hr tile building.
Not speeding anything up, as I'm betting this is the last update til EA gets back from summer va-ca in late August!

I'm on 'Make Sea captain read nautical literature' but I seem to have missed out 'Make Bart buy flares'. I hope I do get that quest.
