I'm stuck on Squiport Part 5?

So everything was going fine and was building the Itchy and scratchy store. I completed the build of that store and it says Squidport part 5 DONE! But it's not giving me anymore missions to go onto the next build or storyline. I'll I'm getting are the generic storyline jobs and no quests. Am I missing something?
