those items unlock at the start of acts 2&3

That's my point, I'm not at those levels yet and they were all unlocked and free for me to build when I logged in today. Now, I just logged out and logged back in to see if that reset things, but it started the event over from the beginning (level 0)
After a couple minor updates, still getting screen freeze after finding the treasure when digging for relics. not getting the appropriate amount of prizes after I have to close and restart the game. Not nearly as buggy as it was at first, but still pretty bad. Same problem on both my ipads. Considered deleting the game and reloading, but that is such a pita, and often doesn't help.

Someone I know said after getting the update yesterday she said all act 1 items are locked in crafting. Anyone else had that happen ?
Any Act 1 crafting items that were also Old Ruin Relic Prizes are locked for me. And since I’m already at level 3, I’d need to spend 1200 incantations to level up. I’m not sure they’d unlock then either.

I played all five of my games this morning and it happened in three of the five Springfields. In one game it happened twice!
I just had an update and my tomb is back to eleven and the bonus percentage is ok now, so is my radius when I tap minions.
But guess what, now I can't forge everything anymore, which I could before.
It says I have to reach level 2 to do that, despite the fact that the top of my menu says I'm already at level three!!
Does it say level 2 or Act 2? We can't craft act 2 items yet
Like I said, I could craft them already, also because it was part of a quest.
But again, something funny happened.

My glitches seem to be very different from others. If it won't let me click minions in my own town I just rapidly click on one minion til it freezes then it will eliminate all the minions in my town giving me rewards for all but not expending my tome. If I try clicking minions in friends towns it will sometimes only give me fp and xp and no event currency, sometimes it will give me nothing but the minions still disappear when clicked. I still can't get at those shrubs. I am fully updated. My lag isn't so bad. Vampira does nothing when clicked, not sure if she's supposed to do anything. I have no issues with freezing in friends towns. Occasionally my FB friends will disappear til I log it back into FB. I have not maxed out on fp so this isn't the issue. Hard reboots do nothing to help. Also I wasn't able to store pumpkins as a group for what ever reason. I will leave you all with a helpful unrelated note: the knives we are digging for are surrounded on 4 sides by rock mounds.
Another thought: I am newish to forums, are we all tapping "agree" under comments if we are having the same issues? We should be.

A third post because it's not a conspiracy unless there are 3; has anyone else noticed or been annoyed by the lack of female clickables in events? Like for this one there's Carl's little brother, the fat blond kid and the lady. If there is a lady (which often there is not like with the last zoo event) she is out numbered 2 to 1. Seems a bit like a conspiracy. They are very careful to check off that black race box but females don't seem as important. Maybe they just think that males are more interesting. Lisa would notice the lack of female "extras". Call me a petty femanazi, whatever, it bugs me enough that if it continues I may not be able to in good faith keep supporting EA games. Did they do guitar hero too? Don't even get me started on that; 1 or 2 songs out of 35 or so fonted by a woman with no options to change the key of a song so women can sing it too. That game brought women back to gaming, that and ddr, they could have tried a little harder not only to recognize that but to also recognize the contributions women have made to rock and roll. Rant over. Move this post the where appropriate if you know where that is.

My crafting glitch was fixed today until I leveled up to level 4 but none of the new items have unlocked.
I probably should of posted on here and not the Patch released thread, sorry.

The first two items in the menu are locked for me... which is even stranger because I was required to craft each of them to progress the event.

About a year.
This sounds like alot of the bugs going around lately. When is the last time you have played? Some recent patches have been applied.
I probably should of posted on here and not the Patch released thread, sorry.
