Character images missing in character collection pictures

I went though my character collections and between some characters there is nothing there, just blank space, like in Winter 2017 the Working Elves are missing and in Itchy and Scratchy Land the Animatronic: Axe, Dynamite, Dynamite Bundle and Bomb are missing.
Now this has to be an error, since I have these guys.
Anyone else missing the images?

There are only other players here in this forum. We cannot fix it for you.
This is a reported bug.
I am sure EA will eventually get around to fixing it.

I have the same problem with a collection of characters.Some of my friends also has happened.This problem does not interfere with play,but looks strange.

Are they the same collections I said missing characters?

Yes,it's the same characters.Animatronic: Axe, Dynamite, Dynamite Bundle and Bomb are missing.They are in the city,but in the collection they are not. Instead, in the collection of the empty space
