Hello y'all. My Holy Forge is at level 5, but when I try to craft additional Haunted crossroads, I it says "Reach level 4 and unlock haunted crossroads from the act 2 prize track". I am sure I unlocked the haunted crossroads on the prize track. Anyone else having this problem?

Also a problem
Note: you can see both the Haunted Crossroads and Big Bone unlocked on the bottom left corner:
What may be happening is EA unlocks the level 3 crafting but someone else is using an unauthorized model program which may give that unscupluous player (not you) an advantage in his city but he is putting zeroes (or a value converted to zeroes) in your event variables. Zero will turn the event off. I bet if all victims check times it would appear random because each victim has their own unauthorized player.
Fortunately, you are not reporting any symptoms of the last event glitch
Speculation on my part but it has nothing to do with your password. Let me try to be non technical has possible.
Consider a sheet of graph paper (they still make them right?). Let say the hackers account is on the first line and your account is on the second line. Each box is a variable that contains a program value which may determine how many pickaxes you have, what you can craft etc.
Let us say that there are 50 boxes in each record. One way of referencing a particular value is the box or field name but the hacker does not know the field name so he does by a number reference.
Most hackers do it by trial and error, if it works, he stops, if it did not work but no harm to his account, the hacker ignores that particular move. While it may not have effected his account, the update went pass his account and update a value on your account. (For example, update field 53, would be the 3rd field on your account)
EA uses MySql database. If the table mode is not set to reject invalid values, it converts them to zero. Zero effectively is an off switch.
So the hacker is not intentionally trying to get into your account, it just collateral damage.
