Kamp Krusty quest line won't clear

I have finished the last quest in the questline and it is stuck in my taskbook as done. Friend screen and back, storing Bart, storing Kamp Krusty and forcing closing the app haven't worked.

Any other tips?

Have you tired nuking your town?

Found the issue, the missing scroll bar issue. I had to send Martin to finish the quest and did not realize there was one more task to scroll to as Martin is always Ice Princess Martin in my town.
