Angel Lisa?

Hi,

I have completed the quests for Angel Lisa, nothing has happened. The box around Character is highlighted blue.No commentary and no Angel Lisa costume.
Homer ride the carousel Done!
Collect Programs 300/300 Done!

I have sent everyone to collect more programs, nothing happened. All characters are walking around waiting for something to do.

I have closed the app. I have visited a friends town. No luck.
What am I missing?

Lisa, Ralph and Milhouse all need to ride the Christmas Carousel. Complete those tasks, and you'll unlock Angel Lisa.

I missed those the first time around as well, you need to scroll up on the quests to see them.

Better question- why is Angel Lisa a stand alone character? That's just makes no sense.

Because they didnt want to make a new skin for her, or they figured what's another character in your town going to hurt if it earns money...

Plus I thought it was going to be a skin, so it was a surprise to get another character for free 😀

Lisa already has a like a million costumes already.

Plus, isn't the Homer looking Barbarian (Barbarian Homer) his own seperate character?

I have a question about Angel Lisa myself, when do her quests begin?
Do I have finish the main quests to start them or something else?
Cause I haven't got her quests yet.

After everything from the first story (act) is finished, or so I've been told.

Yeah, after getting the act 1 quests done....her quest starts.

If you put on a costume with victoria secret angel wings, and you tried to use the wings to fly, could you fly? If no, this suggests that Angel Lisa is something more than Lisa wearing a new outfit.

I think there should be only 1 character, Homer. Everyone else should be skins. Cause Homer blew them all up and this is just his imagination. Would be easy to collect from just one character too!

I remember having a few other Skins for Homer as well, such as "Mr. Plow", a superhero skin (?), train coducter skin (?)...
