Can't get into my Premium Springfield

I played both (Premium and Freemium) Springfields this morning and now I can't get into my Premium one. I keep getting the regular splash screen that says "Tap to Continue", then I get the Bart "Retry" screen and that process has been repeating for a few hours. If I choose logout, then log into my Freemium Springfield I can get in. Not so for my premium account. Any ideas??
