Some love for Road to Riches part in 2019

It is been almost a year and a half when we get Cecil`s tasks for Road to Riches, and since then nothing but coming soon phrase. I think that EA should make some attention to this part of game.

I think EA had stopped caring about about the Road to Riches quest and prizes. Likely lost interest in doing it.

Yes! I liked the prizes but if I had to pick I would pick Springfield Heights! All that precious land would help tremendously! You wouldn't even need to use Tokens or cash, just the SH currency! New Year New Land!

- puzzles/riddles (a la Stonecutters event)
