sorry, i browsed thru 8 pages and saw nothing and even did a search and nothing popped up. Search might have been messed up

As soon as grandpa pays out, click on him quickly before the bubble pops up and have him do another task. It'll stop the never ending storytelling from repeating on the Task Menu. So far hasn't worked with Cletus but grandpa is no longer being tedious and annoying.

No, it won't. At least, it didn't work for me.

You can send Grandpa to do whatever you want him to do, even if he has a different task in the task book. So it's really not a problem, really.
