Bring back tagging EA!

Prev1
5klwjq.jpg

I've been having fun lately tagging ALL my neighbours towns purely to give me an interest in visiting everyone again whilst we have down time :)

The problem is there's ONLY 4 buildings out of 100s... :#

In a redesigned town they are almost impossible to find hence my search to find them. I'm enjoying the challenge!

Did they stop adding this feature just because of tagging complaints? :/

Does anyone still care if they get tagged? :o

Why not just get rid of the effect it has on the conformity meter altogether and add the tag to a lot more buildings?

Thanks <3

    Everyone tag brooders. >:) >:) :)
    Nuking is always the answer
  • I never cared if visitors tagged my town. Go for it I say. On the others side of the coin, I don't tag other people in case they do care. It is part of the game. Too bad, though, it has a perceived negative effect (oh no! my beloved stars!) Would be cool with me if we had more tagging, egging and toilet papering :)

  • I usually delete those that tag very much. Why should I keep people who disrespects my town? :)

I find it very interesting that you view tagging as disrespectful. Is this because you view the buildings as your own real property? I'd like to understand :)

People complained back then in the early days because it would drop your 5 star town and affect your income, so it was removed. Same thing with stealing the Lemon Trees in the early days as well. People who had the Lemon Trees were hiding it behind buildings so people wouldn’t steal it. Some people would steal the Lemon Tree and immediately unfriend the person thus preventing the person from ever getting back their Lemon Tree.

What would you do if everyone on your list started tagging your town. If you removed them then you'll never have neighbours again.

  • The fact is by having those buildings tagged you are actually getting cash and xp from cleaning it whereas they give nothing if not used by your neighbors...

A few training walls or casino Nero walls in town and the conformity meter won't change!

I've never understood the issues players have against it. It's a fun part of the game and I personally want more of it! :/

Ok, that explains why you had tagged my town hall. Well two can play that game!
  • Go for it @spyder1952850 :D :p

  • Getting tagged used to bother me when my % was low. I don't care now. I actually kind of like it. It makes me smile. Those little punks.... ;)

I have a pride issue with not having five stars on my town lol. If people are deliberately trying to wreck it (constantly vandalizing) I may remove them. Usually when my star rating drops I note the players and then decide my course of action.
  • Like one person who would vandalize me at 1 in the morning.
  • I started playing in January 2018 and did not find the lemon tree theft from the neighbors. This is a lot of fun, I want it to happen again. More would be in the game of interaction with neighbors. For example, throwing Skinner’s house with rotten eggs, wrapping toilet paper in the neighborhood school, destroying the Duff brewery, pouring syrofi into the river >:)
  • I'm not deliberately trying to wreck your town @simpsonare ! Its just in jest :)

How can tagging wreck your town at this point in time? Surely you have enough conformity points from decorations to never worry about the 5 star status?

How on earth did I wake you up at 1am? :/

  • I was talking about another player @0booders0 but I probably wouldn't unfriend you. So If I put out a load of training walls my star rating won't go down no matter what? I didn't know that. If that is the case then it does not bother me.
  • I miss being tagged, hasn't happened in a while. Tag away neighbours, I love it. My buildings are also still placed for that old glitch we used to have where you could get extra taps in if you tagged quickly.

The second half of my comment was met to be humorous. I delete them mainly out of laziness, because it requires an extra tap.

I have about 30 neighbors that I like, most rarely visit me and that is OK by me. But all my neighbors are decorators so I enjoy visiting their towns.
