Game is zoomed all the way in after downloading Valentines update

Playing on a Fire HD8 6th Generation

When downloading the Valentines update, the game asked me to download almost an extra GB of data and the spinning donut on the splash screen shrunk along with my name box in the opposite corner. When I entered the game the screen was zoomed almost all the way in and all of the icons from the user interface had shrunk as well. I uninstalled, cleared my cache, turned off then restarted my device and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. My game is still messed up.

Will this ever be fixed? I can no longer play the game like I used to. This glitch is awful (especially the small text).

It took EA 8 days to restore our Christmas tree farm when it disappeared. I'm guessing this may take awhile.

I've just quit the game, I guess I'll go back to WOW for a bit and check back next Tuesday, that seems to be update days... and then the Tuesday after that...and then F*CK it, I'll go play another game EA doesn't support/create or get or **** money from.....

My husband has the same problem on his kindle fire and I know other kindle fire users have the same problem.

I see , then I would request you to please post this on EA forum and TSTO forum ,as there we have game communities and specialist who test these games ,Once you ill post this issue they will help you with best possible solutions

There is no exact dates , but you see when we send the feedback based on that they send some patches , these are links small updated to make game better . May be before the main update , they would send some patches to fix this Kindle Fire because I am also seeing a lots of posts on forum regarding this .

so from that it seems the person was a level 1 tech support and had no clue how help and that EA is just passing the buck till the next **** update...when ever that's going to be and in the meantime...screw the Kindle users....

As much as I love playing the "Where is Maggie?" mini game while fully zoomed in, I would really like it if they fix this issue.

Oddly enough, I haven't had any difficulty with "Where's Maggie?" .
It's insanity mode with the turtles that's almost impossible for me.

I doubt anyone will even notice my reply to this post but here's my two cents, EA needs to get up off there **** and fix the game there rep is on the line, and so is tapped outs rep hundreds upon hundreds play the Simpsons tapped out and has spent a lot of money in them wanting to collect the cute people they create, not fixing this bug will cause a big frustration among many players, and a lot of those who spent so much money on it will most likely stop spending money and then stop playing the game just because they are upset about how the game is now with this stupid zoom glitch i myself who've spent a lot on the game am pretty pissed about this even my friend who I got to play is pissed and we are using the biggest tablets we could buy so EA needs to step up there game, I keep hearing how EA won't fix it anytime soon and stuff and that is just plan stupid on there part EA is a big gaming company you'd think they'd have a little more respect for there fans across the world if they cannot even fix a little glitch with a game and save hundreds of there gamers from rage quitting then they are not the caring loving game company we grew up playing as kids that we all thought they were.

It took EA a year and a half to acknowledge the rollback glitch last year, and by some estimates that one impacted 20% or more of all players. Bottom line is they just dont care about us.

I'm with you all. I can't play the game like this. I mean it was fun and spent a few bucks instead of things like going to movies...But if they don't fix this it is on to the next game; and it won't be an EA.
