I can't buy the 100 dollar donuts.

I can't buy $99.99 donuts. I have $110 in my acct

    Weird.. In the US, with taxes, it will actually cost you US$109.49 (that's what I paid, I'm living in the state of Washington)
    Maybe different states have different taxes?

    Yes there are taxes associated with purchases. Even the .99 cent scratch off will cost you more than .99 cents. The same applies to buying donuts. For me I believe it is 8 cents to the dollar.

    I can buy things from other places, but not the 100 dollar donuts.

    Maybe your iphone is advising you to not waste $100 on something nonexistent.

    It could be the taxes part or if you have something frozen on your account leaving your 'available balance' to less than $110.00

    Last time I tried to buy donuts, the bank said I had a balance of $25.00, but forgot I had gone to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, leaving me with only about $8.00, so I couldn't even get the $10.00 donut package.
