Some players received incomplete sets of monorail stations (extensions to stations).
The stations in the Mystery Boxes did not come with extensions as they are sold separately.
I know the players who got the stations along with the extensions.
I got both the North Pole Station, and the KrustyBurger Drive Thru station in my second town from the box. They did not come with the extensions. From the first release of these two they did not come with extensions, they were offered for sale as separate purchases. The people you know who got the extensions received a gift.

I also didn’t have extensions when I purchased the stations, but there are players who have received extensions upon purchase.
Well, given that they do not come with the stations, and both you and I did not receive then with the stations ( which is as it should be ) I don't get your point. IF there are those who got them, lucky them. If you are upset that you did not get the items that you are not entitled to , contact support and explain to them that you want them also.

Yes, the only time extensions were offered were during the first release (I believe) I shelled out extra donuts then for my extensions. It's a bummer that they didn't offer them this time around
I was unsuccessful in getting the raven added to my town. I was told they couldn't, but my case wasn't closed yet so I e-mailed them again last night and mentioned people on here being awarded bundles that were unavailable due to one item already being owned. I was promptly told to log out so the raven could be added, got a confirmation email, signed in, and now I'm only missing one character!!! Please bring back burns monster EA!!!!
i had witch marge added to my account went to push use and now she disappeared from my game and have to wait for a specialist too look into it for me. but they are working on it which i love
