It was still in the Mystery Box right before the Halloween event started, my gf got one. I assume that once the Wicked Treat Box is removed, you'll have a chance to get it again. I'm still hoping for one.
You used to be able to steal them from neighbours now I think it's just pot luck with mystery boxes. I'm kinda happy no one can steal my tree anymore. Is there anyway to get more than one, I'd love to make a theme with them?
