cannot connect to server

does anybody else keep getting this screen? it usually happens everytime i go to friends and after about five minutes it crashes and says cannot connect to server?? it sometimes comes up straight away when i want to go into the game as well. ive updated and my wifi’s working so i dont know why its coming up with this.

I cannot connect at this moment. I delete it and try to download it again. But..... I stil cannot connect. Feels like the servers are down. Or is it me?
