Server crash

My app keeps crashing before I even get a server error. I uninstalled and now cannot complete a reinstall, it gets to the Homer screen and keeps closing while downloading.

So someone, alledgedly from EA help says everything is fine and youre happy? The same EA help that says things like "a fix is on the way" or "post on our official fourms so the developers can see and fix your problems" I could go on and on.

Thats assuming that the conversation happened in the first place. Maybe we should think about things a little more before posting them as fact, in 6 different threads, nonetheless

Anyone got any suggestions what could cause this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Its starts downloading and then I get the Bart screen or the app just closes. Thanks for the link. Something in the os update that happened this week. It was working fine before.

Lately I’ve been getting a lot server issues as well — particularly when trying to sign in and mid game. The bart screen will pop up but a minute later it lets me back in. I’m on an IPad though. Is anyone else experiencing that on an IPad?

Thanks for the link. Something in the os update that happened this week. It was working fine before.

So this affects the S10 or all Samsung devices? I have an s9+ and it's only happening occasionally but it's annoying.

Yes me too and I’m on an iPad. It has been particularly bad this morning.

Not on an iPad, I'm using a Motorola device and have the same problem. It keeps disconnecting me all the time.

Seems to be the S10 but only happened after this week's android os update. It is not affecting any other of my apps.

Yes me too and I’m on an iPad. It has been particularly bad this morning.

It’s weird, but I haven’t had issues like this in over a year or more. It only started during this off period that they’re having with this game. Seems odd.

I haven’t been able to visit my friends without being kicked out of the game. Sometimes I just can’t get on. This has been going on for weeks. Thought it was time to put my 2 cents in.

Yeah. Seriously. I'd be more inclined to log on more than once a day if I wasn't guaranteed to be booted at least once in the midst of some task.

Seems to happen with uncanny frequency when farming KEMs...🤔

I’m on an iPad too and haven’t been able to load the game in over a week, maybe 2. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled and all that. Nothin has resolved the issue.

Am also getting the BART ‘urg not this screen again’ more and more. Playing on iPad. Rather hit and miss as to getting into the game
